Cutting custom case foam

I found this link on the steadicam forum. Seems like a really good alternative to using pick n pluck foam, espeicaly for odd shaped or round items. pick n pluck tends to fall apart after afew weeks use anyway.

Not entirely sure why this guy feels he needs so many guns, but his case cutting is pretty sane, even if his arsenal isnt.

I went to the foam shop today (yes, I actualy do have a local foam shop?!) and got some foam. The guy seemed to think that it would just melt when i try and hot wire it. I guess we will find out tomorrow.
