Cut in 30p and remain in sync after 25p conversion

hi,

i have to edit a music video(you can see videostills here:

I'M THE dop OF THE VIDEO BUT I HAVE TO PASS THIS INFORMATION TO MY EDITOR(not very professional)
i will edit and cut the video in sync with the ritme of the music.
the final master will be in 25p.my question is:
if i edit in a 30p timeline after the conversion of the video from 30p to 25p(using compressor or shake) i will miss the sync with the ritme of the music that i have edited in 30p timeline?.
please can you give me your suggestion, solution,and workflow?
maybe this is very simple solution.but i need your help.
