[WTB] Custom foam for camera/lens cases

I'm looking for some generic foam that can be used for custom fitting camera and lens cases. I've got the cases just need a line on appropriate foam at a reasonable price (especially if it's available in Canada). Are there specs for foam to be aware of? Getting things organized!
 
Pelican makes replacement foam inserts for their cases. Take a look at their pick and pluck version and see if that will work for your cases.
