Custom filter grinder?

Hello there
This is a question for you lens/filter gurus.
I'm using a set of 72mm close up filters to reduce DOF on my DVX.
Works fine.
Now, I want to do the same on my DVX with the anamorphic attached.
Who makes a 4x5.65" closeup filter?
Where can I get one ground?
Or, what's the nearest standard size closeup that will work on this adaptor?

Hey , I don't know of Panavision size close up filters, but on ebay right now is a +1 138mm. If you have a matte box with a rubber donut that takes 138's your golden.

If you find 4x5.65 CU filters let me know ...
