FS7: Custom Color

I have an upcoming shoot that I may need the ability to boost gain and use NR; so my question is if there is a setting to get the SLOG3 colors along with the SLOG3 gamma? Please forgive my ignorance on this but I've only shot in Cine EI and coming from shooting Canon (before that Panasonic) I'm completely unfamiliar with Sony's settings. I've found the SLOG3 gamma settings but I don't see a way to set the color space.

My end goal is to essentially get a custom mode Cine EI so I can get the added benefits of gain and NR in lower light situations - then take that resulting footage and color it in Resolve as I would standard Cine EI. Any other crucial settings to help mimic Cine EI would be greatly appreciated.

after a few tests I put matrix on again. Matrix off puts reds towards orange which looks nice at the first sight for skins. If you need to display red and magenta correct it's worse than with matrix off. My 2 cts

I do everything off, NR med.

IMO matrix adds a lot of saturation that means application of (standard) LUTs adds too much punch

you can easily customize a LUT with Ben's LUTCalc app.
I have a "custom slog3 to CineEI LC709A" which is pretty good for me
