There are a number of things that happen. The films all must be verified for rule compliance, mirrors have to be prepared, there are scripts and html that must be modified, we recently moved the whole fest to a new host server so there were extra modifications. Then on top of that we have regular day jobs and families and external obligations that require our time.shawneous said:

You've waited three months, I'm sure two more days won't kill you. You should be happy it is as soon as it is. Usually we have a very soft deadline that pushes every thing out. We are getting more streamlined and more automated and it is hopefully making a better overall experience.
