Cry Freedom

Re: Cry Freedom

hey that was well done. a little shakey with alot of the camera work.. you could certainly benefit from a stabilizer, but i enjoyed it visually anyway. great job. definitely turns some gears.

Re: Cry Freedom

I really enjoyed that, well thought out and executed. I agree with iamloser, it was a little shakey, but that was the only real problem I saw.

I'm curious, how did you make the pages of the magazine flip? I thought perhaps pointing a fan at the pages would give that effect, but it doesn't seem to come out as uniform as yours did.

Keep up the good work,
Larry

Re: Cry Freedom

I liked it a lot. yes it was a bit wobbbly (find that word in websters). What process did you use to get the clips in the Life mag?

Re: Cry Freedom

What settings did you shoot at :o :o :o :o :o :o

Massively impressed. Got some good shots but editing was real tight. Felt like, had it been cut even further, it'd be a good 30 second awareness commercial. It's good enough to be broadcast in my honest opinion.

Want to shareraddrew?

Cheers and keep up the work and keep us posted, for sure.

Re: Cry Freedom

Hey guys,
I shot it like that on purpose, i do have a tripod, the more i shoot, the less i use it. I think hand held gives you the realism in each shot, almost like your there as when if using a tripod, it looks so staged. I used motion to color correct and i key frames each little flash . I also key framed everything in the magazine, talk about a pain in the ass. I can say im happy with what came out though. the settings i shot on was 24 A F6. and my shutter speed was at 1/48.0. thanks again for the comments
