cross mount lens adapters_any input?

Hi all,

I am considering obtaining a Canon 5D MKII. I have been a Nikon shooter for years and have much Nikon glass. Can anyone give me feedback on the pros/cons of using a cross mount adapter to utilize my Nikon optics on the 5D?
