crop and "blow up" effect? Avid Liquid Pro

I've got a project where my clip consists of one screen showing about 9 different squares of video simulataneously. The squares are each showing video from security cameras. I need to crop and "blow up" a few of these squares for use later in creating a timeline.

Can this be done in Avid Liquid Pro and if so, how?
