crisp footage form dvx?

i have a dvx100a. is there any specific scene file settings to get the most vibrant and crisp colors. ? would love to know the scene files
 
they are filming with sony's and sonys film in 29 aka 60i plus u gotta keep in mind that they did post work on it.. brightness/contrast etc

actually the guy that filmed that filmed with dvx100 and a century optics mk2 fisheye. i just cant seem to get ahold of him. but i film with a dvx100a so any suggestions
 
Sorry, ill be more elaborative

in your scene file settings, go to B.Press, it gives more saturaed, sharp image/colors.

Bring your detail level up a bit to, maybe +3 or +4

master PED to about -3

play with chroma phase and chroma level, def. gives u some nice colors there

your color temp can be about 0, but paly around with it of course
 
Basically all scene files will help you do is increase contrast & color saturation. I would just do it in post because of the flexibility. If you are really pressed for time, then the scene files may be handy.
When used appropriately, a shallow depth of field can help in giving the illusion of a sharper image because of the high contrast in focus between the subject and background.
