It's not until the last weekend of april, but I just moved here a few months ago and don't know a ton of crew so I'm putting a team together as early as possible. The key members that I've put together are largely full time industry professionals but we're are much more interested in talent and experience than what you do for a living.
I found a really solid director, but I'm open to others who are interested (we may shuffle jobs based on genre). I will likely be producing or editing but not both so either of those spots are open. We definitely need:
A DP
A couple more writers.
A Gaffer
My main objective is to find a fantastic DP and I believe the rest will follow. We have some fundamental gear (lights, audio, post gear, a few pretty decent cameras) but if you've got anything we can use it's appreciated. I don't imagine I'll find much of this on here, but students and "I've always wanted to try this" crew are welcome to come on board, but not as key crew.
