I'm trying to make some temp end credits in Avid Media Composer. How do I get it to gutter? Theres nothing in the book I have, and I didn't see anything on the forums here.

Create left and right side as two separate columns in Microsoft word, or as two separate elements in a word doc or text editor. Copy left side of gutter into a rolling title and set the text box left of center with whatever width you want for the gutter. Select ALL and justify right. Repeat for the right sight of gutter and justify left. Align text boxes and you are good to go.
