Update 9-5-11 ......New creature render with environment.

Update: First creature walk cycle.

Other Info: I'm using Zbrush to sculpt and Cinema 4d for animation, lighting, and rendering.

Next on my long list of things to do is going to the hardware store to find a mirror ball. I hope to have this thing walking around my neighborhood by next weekend.

Update: Rigged & Ready - This is the first ANIMATION test for one of my creatures. Please forgive the low res render. It seems I may need more ram for to pull this off.

UPDATE:
Dvd box art for the film.

UPDATE:
Dropped the web series idea. Working on financing for a feature length film & deep into creature concepts. Script is in it's second draft and is feeling strong.

the first one looks a lot like sin city.

Have any setup shots?

What are you doing to edit to look like this? What is your lighting setup? etc...

I'd love to see this look like the first one. The colors were just eye catching. The black and white doesn't do it for me as much. It looks nice but not as nice. I'll be looking forward to this.

I think we have our final look for the series.

The first one just looks real good to me based on the subject matter. I'm trying for a similar look with my next project so I'm a bit biased. Also you ever think about simply greenscreening the miniatures.

The miniature testing on my blog is just for fun. The backgrounds for this project will be matte paintings or CG. However, that second test was not on greenscreen at all, it was in my kitchen.

Prefer trailer number one.! Number two trailer doesn't seem quite right, the camera is moving in towards her face but we are denied the opportunity to get a proper look at her.
