Create a AVCHD SD card structure

I work with a HMC-151, edit my material with AVID Mediacomposer 5. Is there any way to turn the final film (Quicktime) into an AVCHD file incl the structure that can be played by the HMC-151 - like I did with my DVX100, when I played back the edited film onto the dv tape?
 
No.

AVCHD is an acquisition format; not an output format.

I honestly have no idea why anyone would ever want to do this, but I digress.

No NLE on the market can do this and, as far as I know, there are no third party utilities either.
