GH5 Crazy O.I.S Bug

Hi there! I recently got a brand new GH5 and a second hand Panasonic 12-35 2.8. Today while I was doing some tests I found a weird shake that makes the footage unusable when the lens is fully zoomed in (35mm) with O.I.S turned on.

What are your thoughts on that? Could the O.I.S of the lens be damaged?
 
Is there any way you can test with another copy of the 12-35mm lens ? ( I've never seen anything like that from my 12-35mm )
