Crazy Colors?

Happy New Year Everyone! Well I was shooting in my quasi studio today using controlled LED lighting, and I noticed in this shot that ther seems to be a yellow/greenish cast on my hand and on th e left hand side of the cutting-board. I'm using the GH4 setting, that I have been pleased with.
anybody else see or have this issue? See Image.

I have a location that I've refused to shoot in anymore because of the overhead LEDs that are installed there. I can't even get a manual white balance that looks good. There are some windows close by which helps somewhat but the area is too large to light with the pretty significant light kit that I have. I can't make anything look good there. Everything ends up with short of an orange-ish cast to it.
 
A lot of these cheap LED lights require some magnitude of minus green gel to render colors correctly. I have these bicolor Yongnuos that are mostly ok at 5600k with minus green gels...and they all need different strengths, regardless of the fact they are all the same make and model of device.
