Crap: Anyone have an HVX in California and want to make couple hundred?

Can't find ANYONE that will rent this camera out. EVS was out like I thought, and so are Birns and Sawyer.

Anyone want to rent out their cam for a test shoot? =DDDDD
 
you are looking at supply - demand = capitalism at it's best ? or worst ?
a DVX 100 rents for couple hundred .. offer a rate that is equal to other HD(V) camera's ...
if no rental house has em in LA - then you have got to wonder about how many have been shipped !!!!

offer more $$$$ and you'll get a bite ...
 
I think paying the same amount as a rental house is fair enough for one day? I'd be paying 410 at Birns and Sawyer for a weekend, so giving 400 for a full friday sounds fair right?

That's what I meant by a couple of hundred, though a couple is two; I know.

Anwyay, I'll give someone 400 to use their HVX200 for a shoot-out here in Los Angeles/Santa Monica this friday.
