This CPM film tools CPM Aviator Cage Kit is in Immaculate condition and was only used for about 4 times all indoor shoots. I originally thought that I would be using it more but I have switched to running and gunning style.
This kit is amazing and it held my 7D a 8” LCD monitor my H4n plus and a Rode Videomic including an additional battery pack no problem what so ever. Completely solid.
I upgraded the rig with the to the Giottos MH621 quick release adapter with short sliding plate camera mount and added the offset shoulder expansion which is needed if you plan on using this for a long time.
Adding up all of the parts from the CPM website you can see that this kit “the Aviator” including all of the parts (additional carbon fiber tubes, Z-bracket, and shoulder mount) was about $800 I’m asking $600.
