GH2 couple newb questions : timelapse and action

Get my gh2 in tomorrow. Question is , can the gh2 shoot timelapse? also is there any hack or lens that will let me shoot decent action shots, for example skateboarding or something of that nature?

Time lapse can be done with a remote shutter that has a timer. Or obviously shooting a very long video and speeding it up. For action, you really can't beat 720p 60fps with a high shutter speed for great slow motion when you get to that point. Then, if you really want to get creative, use a program like Twixtor.
