I had bought a different C Mount Lens and adapter that fits on my GH1. I then bought this one assuming it would also fit that adapter. It doesn't and I have since learned you have to modify (grind down) the base to make it fit. There are tutorials on this online. Not having the proper tools, I am looking to just sell this and move on.
Lens is an 8mm f1.4 Cosmicar Television Lens and was made for a Sony CCTV system it appears. The aperture ring moves freely, but not with the hard clicks as most lenses do. There is a focus ring as well which does also appear to function properly. Cosmetically the lens appears to be very nice to near new condition. I am not seeing any flaws with the optics such as dust or scratches.
