Corrupt P2 data, battery died while recording, options?

Hey all, long time no see, been cranking out babies and videos so been busy :cheesy:

Just came off a 9 camera, week long, music shoot in NYC. Had 6 HVXs and 3 DSLRs and for the most part it went well, no dup file names (been an issue in the past) and everything import fine... except for one card.

On the last night, the battery died on the jib while recording. Footage shows up in FCP but the end is not there (no big deal, just missing a few minutes) and I have the infamous red exclamation. Tried to clip the file to no avail, P2CMS seems to recover most of it but still misses chunks. I have no 64GB cards (it was rented, I have a ton of 32GB) or else I would just copy it back to the card and repaid in camera.

What are my options? For sync sake, it would be great to recover everything in as few a files as possible. At this point surely there is a tool to repair clips outside of the camera right?

Thanks for the help!

Lost about 4 minutes of stuff, as it turns out, when the battery died, there was no error, it came on the last clip which was only 33kB. It most definitely recorded as it was on a jib and tethered to a monitor I could see, there was no way to stop recording. Really odd problem. First time I've ever seen this. I got the P2 micron error on another card but eventually got it to work. The XML references the file, but the file itself is not complete nor is their an icon. Very weird.

I had that happen one time. I put the card back in the camera and used the "repair clip" function to get it back.

It worked.
