Correct Settings in After Effects for HVX

Trying to set up a comp in 6.0 and 6.5. Not sure how to set the correct pixel aspect ratio etc. Clips don't fit properly in a 1280x720 comp. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Before you even open a comp, import the footage into project window, then drag it onto the new comp button at the bottom fo the project window and it will make a comp to fit the frame size, length, pixel aspect ratio etc. You can also hit Cmd F/Ctrl F with the footage highlighted in the project window to open the interrupt footage window. That'll give you all the details you need.
