Corrado Part II

Good to hear from you. I see you have M.J. White in this. I hope there's a some great martial arts scenes if he's involved.

Michael Jai White was brought in specifically for some martial arts fight scenes......to say he's awesome at martial arts is an understatement. We created an entire scene for him! We also have Keith Jardine who also has a pretty epic fight scene.

Those two are training hard with the stunt coordinators so they basically just show up on the day of and perform the fight - and we shoot it.

Glad to hear about this. It's impressive what you've accomplished in such a short time. I'll be following Hangar 14 and hope you can somehow get a production blog going with it.
Since this one is at a different level of production, can we expect a quicker turnaround on the film (especially since you did pre-sales, etc)? When do you think we'll be able to see it?
Good luck!

I just noticed that my Netflix queue says the DVD will be available to rent on 1/18! Gonna finally be able to watch this thing : )

anyone having the same problem of not being able to see page 74? hoping this post will allow page 74 to show.

edit: no luck!!!

It appears to have a 'phantom last page'. I believe I remember that from way back in this thread, and a couple of others that were similarly afflicted. Odd...

Haven't yet got it in my hands. It's probably downstairs in my mailbox right now. I'll look at it over the weekend for sure.

I got it from Netflix last week. It wouldn't play in the regular dvd drive on my computer. It did play in the other drive. The image was very dark, the color correction was off in certain scenes. I couldn't hear a lot of the dialogue and there were no subtitles available.

I watched some of it last night, and similarly to ^ found it wouldn't play in my PS3. It did play in my Pioneer DVD player and Toshiba HD-DVD players. Haven't tried it in a computer yet.

Yes the color correction is majorly wacked out and there are significant sound problems. More later...

Im watching one too! Though im going to post a video review of it and some other films - (taking my film critique/analysis bit further) with a focus to indies, (er and in a nice way too! since i am an indie filmmaker as well lol)

checked out some of it this morning when i woke up as well but will have to finish sometime tonight....it took a long time to play in my dvd player but eventually started. the color correction looked dark as mentioned before and the audio was kind of in and out in certain spots when they were talking.

I finished watching it but I think I'm going to watch it a second time before commenting further. Reconciling the epic DVXuser thread(s) on it with the reality of the finished film is proving to be a lot to wrap my mind around. Huge upside/downsides in both cases...
