Corner jitters on A5100 video?

Can anyone help me understand why I'm seeing like a jittery vibration on the edges on my video with the A5100? This is after like 5 seconds...not 10 mins, etc. I actually noticed this on my A6000 too -- now wondering if it has something to do with the mount.
 
I had the same problem but it was under fluorescent lights and used a Comer led light.
it happen only once and was in the lower left corner.
 
Is this on a wide angle lens? I know that E-Mount lenses for wide angle lenses have some inherent major corner vignetting. So maybe the system is trying to automatically compensate for it?
