EVA1: Core SWX batteries + Atomos?

I use the d-tap EVA1 batteries by core to power smallHD focus. Work great with the core batteries with d-tap.

However advice here was that you will burn through them rapidly if powering an atomos. At that rate go with a larger v mount type brick, or just power the atomos standard.

Look up the power draw of that monitor recorder on the Atomos website. That battery can deliver 24 Watts over its P-Tap port. If the Atomos draws more than this solution won’t work. If it draws less, then you can easily calculate how much time you can get out of the combination. It would likely be several hours.

I dunno about several hours... though the Ninja V I'm sure draws less than the Shogun Inferno, some of this will come down to use and settings too... Do the math as Mitch said, factoring in EVA1 draw as well, and then if you want to go for it, get a bunch of the batteries. Maybe 6 and go from there? I'd recommend a couple more dual chargers as well (IDX or SWIT also make these).

If you're not sure, my advice might be to start with one Core battery to test it out vs a using the standard Sony battery and try it. You'll likely get a better feel for what you prefer on a shoot, the how much of an advantage it is from the core battery vs standard sony in atomos, etc. It may or may not make more sense to get a few Sony's with a dual charger and use the Core battery as an alternate backup power source.

Keep in mind the Core batteries still add weight - they stick out the back of the EVA1 a pretty good amount and weight above twice as much as the stock battery. It's noticeable. My EVA1 used to always tip forward with a Milvus attached. Now with the Core battery, it's balanced again.

The CoreSWX battery is 98w. The EVA1 draws 19w max and the P-Tap can handle 24w max draw. So together they are no more than 43w draw. 43x2 = 86. 86w max draw over two hours, and the battery holds 98w.
