I want to have a big 80's movie on the television in the background in the opening scene for a few seconds to foreshadow an event. How can I avoid any copyright infringements?
If it's only on screen for 2-3 seconds is that enough to break copyright?
What if the television is somewhat out of focus or very out of focus?
