The Panasonic Battery plate doesn't hold the battery to it firm enough to use. The power cable should be replaced soon. It has two LEDs that are burnt out. $75 with free shipping in continental US.CoolLight_256_Sell_05.jpgCoolLight_256_Sell_04.jpgCoolLight_256_Sell_03.jpgCoolLight_256_Sell_02.jpgCoolLight_256_Sell_01.jpg
