I used this about three days since purchasing it last year. The previous owner said it had just come from Abel Cine Burbank for service. It's in remarkably good shape for it's age. The front coatings have some very minor cleaning marks that I've tried to show in the picture, but very minor. The body has a bit of grease pencil in some cracks that I couldn't quite get to, but quite clean. The back cap is a rubber century PL cap, front cap is original. 9 Bladed iris is smooth, focus occasionally has a little gear sound (like the sound of a large quiet zipper) going in one direction, zoom is smooth as silk. It makes a very pretty picture, and at 10:1, very versatile. Most seasoned shooters scoff when I tell them this, but I've used it handheld without any problem.

It comes with the case, front and rear caps, the support clamp with has 3/8" and 1/4" mounting options, and a clamp-on ring that was (poorly) customized by me. It was a 130mm to 120mm clamp ring that I routed out to fit the Cooke, which is 121mm.

Purchased from Ryan Blaine (Senior Member of Reduser) in March of 2013. A quote from his post:

"This is an incredible zoom lens for film production. The glass is outstanding. All rings turn smooth and easy. No oil, fungus or significant dust. The gears are all in good shape. Minor external wear as you'd expect on an older lens.
It has been Reconditioned by AbelCine Hollywood"

Lens is in exactly the same condition as when I received it... like I said, used it a couple times at most and stored on my shelf in my climate controlled office.
