I have moved to Cambodia from the US and have an HPX 170. I am shooting and cutting in FCP with 720 Pn, however my footage is going to air on Vietnam TV which is PAL and on DVDs in the region. What is a relatively inexpensive way to convert footage to PAL both HD PAL and SD?
Thanks,
Todd
