converting 24PA into a 30 frame timeline????

hey guys...

i am shooting in 720 24PA but ultimately will end up in an SD 30 fps project.

my reasoning is to start with higher quality and then blend it with some other older existing footage.

i use FC studio 1

how do i do that pulldown in FCP?

from what i remember, you can just drag the footage into the new timeline, you will just have to render it...i could be wrong though...

or, if you have alot more hd footage than sd footage, maybe upconvert the sd footage using Instant HD or something similar..could be a better way to go...
