Converting 24p footage to Flash Video

I've noticed when converting 24p to Flash (I use squeeze) the video is very jerky. In particular check out www.InYoFaceFilm.com and look at the comcast tab. It's not horrible but when people are talking and the music/sounds are synced to different actions that they do, it throws things off. Can anyone suggest some good settings in sorenson squeeze to convert 24p to flash?

I wish I had an answer; I've experienced the same thing with source material from other traditional mini-DV camcorders when going into Flash. I call it "stuttering." I even got ON2's Flix encoder (2-pass), with the same results.
