Convert TM700 to ProRes for Editing in FCP?

"Last Week,I bought a Panasonic TM700 is mainly used for shooting. Thing is, I'm having an issue with the video clips during conversion to Apple ProRes 422,Many people recommend to use for editing on Final Cut Pro.
 
You can or cannot Log & Transfer the videos from TM700 to ProRes 422?
Any error message for the issue you encountered?
 
If you record 1080/60p with the 700, it won't log and transfer. It needs to be converted using Clipwrap2 or Toast 9/10/11.

Other AVCHD footage other than 1080/60p will transfer using log/transfer

However, do not mix 1080/60p and non 1080/60p on the same card. Neither will transfer.

I try Clipwrap2,but The output video has interlacing issue.
