Convert NTSC camera to Pal

Hi there
Does anybody know if it is possible to convert a 'camera' from ntsc to pal...my camera was purchased in the US, but most of my work is keeping me in Europe.
Any help on this subject would be most useful.

Thanks David for replying to my post...I have been converting the footage, this is now driving me up the wall.
The European and US models of the DVX100, don't look any different from each other...I was hoping that perhaps a different microchip installed, might do the trick?
I guess I have an overactive imagination!!!
