Hello, all. I have a finished project that I want to put on DVD as 16:9 footage, so it shows up properly in widescreen TVs and letterboxed in 4:3 TVs. I am using Final Cut Pro 4.5, Compressor, and DVD Studio Pro 3.
The project was shot with a DVX100 (old-school, not A) in 24pA in Letterbox mode. Using Compressor, I am able to crop the video to whatever size I choose. I just don't know what to type in the fields for cropping. It says:
Crop:
Top _____ Bottom______ Left_______ Right______
What do I put here? The pixels? How many? If anyone knows how to crop footage in Compressor, let me know. I need to make this DVD in the next couple of days to show potential clients. Many thanks in advance!
