Is this possible? I usually work with the IMPULZ Film Emulation LUTs for grading.. i know the cameras have a MLUT feature.. is there anyway to convert the data of these luts to an MLUT for monitoring?

Have a look at the CVP Editor user manual, this is the program used for creating luts for the F35 in case you were not aware, it has some information about the formatting used for a MLUT file. The format is different than the luts used by VisionColor so a conversion would be needed to use it as a MLUT for your camera.

The good news is that it looks to be totally possible to do the conversion, the bad news is that it would probably require a fair amount of scripting to do so. I am sure Python could be used along with many other languages but it would be a fair amount of work. I did a quick search to see if anything like this already exists and didn't see anything but it would probably be worth while to spend some time searching before jumping into writing something.

Def dont have the smarts or the time to script something myself.. was hoping for a conversion tool of somekind. That LUTcalc app does convert 3D luts to 1D but not in the format the camera can read which is a bummer.
