Me? If I was to buy one right now, it would probably be the 7Q+. But I'm not buying, it's not cheap and I wouldn't use it that much (in fact I realized this was going to be the case and bought a Nebula4000 instead).

I believe it is on the spec page as well as in the just-published white papers. Off the top of my head I believe it is 475 mb/s read & write, sustained.

It has been shipping since December 19th. B&H's website says that because they are momentarily out of stock. They should receive their next shipment within the next couple of days, as will many other dealers. We are producing them in quantity.
