Re: Convention & Expo Information

Mike,

one of the biggest industry gatherings is NAB, held in Vegas every April. Thousands of exhibitors featuring everything from cameras to audio to computers to software, hundreds of (very pricy) seminars, all just a four hour drive or a 45 min. plane flight from L.A. Admission to exhibits is free.

For free NAB exhibits passes, check out any of the following links:

Another great show is the Cine Gear expo, every June in L.A. (held on the Universal backlot), where all the major movie equipment manufacturers display their latest wares. Also free admission.

The DV Expo is smaller scale, but fun nonetheless. That's in L.A., every December.
