Content Management Utility help?

When I tried to connect my camera to (cmu) version 2.1 that I dowloaded online http://www.sony-asia.com/support/download/401976 , it says "No supported device is detected". I was wondering if their are any specific instrusctions to doing this. I have my camera connected to my desktop (windows 7) via usb and I selected the "usb connect" mode in the menu. I lost my original cmu disc, does anyone have cmu 2.0? Can someone please help me out. Thanks.

Sorry, can't help you with this one - the more so that I have a somewhat opposite problem with CMU (both 2.0 and now 2.1): each time I insert the CF card into my laptop's reader, or connect the camera via USB (which I don't really do often, as handling just cards is more convenient), the utility is launched - even though I don't want to use it!

Very sloppy programming this one shows; there seems to be no option to deactivate launching when media connected and/or inserted...
