Contax Zeiss C/Y 35mm f/1.4 AEG Made in West Germany
Excellent *except* for many rub marks on front element.
Everything else works well, mechanically and ergonomically and optically. Smooth focus ring and aperture ring, oil-free and snappy blades. No decentering. Still takes excellent photos.
Please, no need to confirm with me if it works. It works just fine, yes. I've used and owned 5 different copies of the Contax D35 and this one performs no differently. I'm simply transitioning fully to M-mount lenses.
