COMMERCIAL: Constructive Comments wanted - Free Promotional video for Diving company

I made a promotional video for a local dive company and I'd like your comments on the draft edit. I've done this video for free and it has gotten me the attention of a local cinematographer and DOP (seeing a previous draft), so as portfolio work goes, it helps doing your own projects even if, as this was, for absolutely free.

I have found I struggle a bit with audio mixing in post, need to learn about the equalizer, even if it is just basics.

I made a mistake with this project, I sort-off had an idea of how I wanted to tell the story before I was in the environment. This is what it turned into - I want to convey what I have found when interviewing the people, and that was a feeling of friends and family. The only scripted bit can be heard with the final talent which I asked all those I interviewed to end with.

I found the start really jarring - the wind noise makes it seem very uninviting. the rest of the footage looks bright and sunny but the 1st shot looks and sounds like a winters day. I quite like the split screen but not with the comments where it's jumping in and out rapidly. Apart from that I thought it was terrific, some great footage.
