I did the worst thing possible. I bought a camera from Digital Liquidators. A DVX in PAL format. After 3 days it developed condensation on the inside of the lens. I was using a UV filter, but it was deffinately inside the camera. I noticed that there was some kind of stuff!I thought maybe it was glue or something, maybe condensation on the inside, on the black bit around the actual lens. Then a day later half the shot was foggy, and condensation was on the inside of the lens.
I sent it back, DL cancelled my order. Stoked! OUt of stock or something?
I bought another from a different company. PAL format again, (I'm from the UK) and i have just noticed the same kind of condensation stuff on the inside. Is it condensation or is it a bit of messy glue. Does anyone else have it? (Zoom out and look at, what looks like cardboard, around the inner lens)
No Change to the quality of the picture, yet! But as i go back to the UK soon, I am a bit worried.
Will panasonic UK laugh at me if i end up with problems?
Cheers,
tim
