The only thing I see right off the bat is the footage isnt real engaging. The wide shot from Stage Right with the piwheel is great, but the rest of the shots are a little too similar for my taste. I might have had the stage left camera stay super tight on the mic and let Jose move in and out of frame as he sings, occasionally panning down to his hands and racking across them if you had the angle. You could use your other stage right camera for some hand closeups as well. The tight shots would have gotten you out of the overwhelming blue here and there as well.
A little more variety with those cams would go a long way to opening up the shoot. I know there is no room in the social for this but: A doorway dolly on PVC behind the crowd would rock.
