Compressor Shows DVX200 2160p Recorded Files as Interlaced?!

I recently noticed that Apple Compressor shows DVX recorded file as “Top First”,

Indicating Interlaced format, even though it should be Progressive.

I have recorded with 59.94 Hz, 29.97 fps, 3840x2160.

Has anyone seen this? Is it just Compressor error?

This has been a bug since the software was created.

You have to manually change it with some material.

If you shot progressive, it should be progressive.

I'm not sure why Compressor does this with some footage, but I first noticed it almost a decade ago with the HMC150.

In your compressor settings somewhere, there should be a little box or some area next to the field order that you can click and force it to "Progressive".

I haven't used Compressor since the major update, so maybe it's changed.
