Compressor (FCP)

I need to find a place to download compressor the one that come with fcp.
I have final cut pro and everything but compressor wont open.

Or if you use something simillar to compressor let me know!

Give us some details. Mac model, RAM, drive config, OS version, Final Cut Studio version? What happens when you try to launch Compressor exactly?
 
I have an 27'' Imac with 8gb of ram, i3 with snow loepard and I'm using the last version of final cut studio.
When I launch compressor it said : Check with the developer to make sure that Compressor works with this version of Mac osx. You may need to reinstall the application.

The problem is that I can't reinstall it because I don't have the file..
 
The "file" is on the installation DVD's. If you don't have them, I have to ask if this is a legal copy you're trying to run?
 
Contact Apple with your proof of purchase for Final Cut Studio, and arrange for Apple to send replacement discs.

Yes its a legal copy and I found the ''File'' I uninstalled everything and then reinstall and it works now
