Im making some HD videos and want to use the H.264 codec from apple out of FCP, I really like on apples site how they have the 3 options to view 480, 720, 1080, Im just wondering when I convert it to quicktime what compression options. im just wondering what kb/s etc.. to make it look like that pretty much 480 footage in the Codec.
