Compression bit rate hack entry question

This is in reguards to a,b,c setting, i notice that it is required that you enter three
paches for the hack to work when entering your AVCHD Compression "you most use all three patches to have any effect" is this reffering to the three values or three boxes checked:(
 
This is particularly easy in v. 340d:

You must check the following boxes:

Video bitrate FHD/SH
Overall bitrate
Limiting bitrate

Then click on each value and change the green numbers to the "suggested values" in the popup.

For instance for "overall bitrate," mark just the first two digits "18" and type in "52" to change to "C" settings.

Video bitrates H and L are optional, but there are plenty of good suggestions in this forum.
