Compressing Grabs

Most of my frame grabs are coming in at about 150 to 160kb. That's off 24p material. What's the best way to compress them down to about 80kb so they'll fit on most servers? Sorry about the basic question, but the internet is not my forte.

what program are you using to compress? a 720 pixel JPG at 70% compression should be between 80-100k

Photoshop 7.1.
These are progressive frame grabs. If I import them as Jpegs, do I just turn down the quality slider until I get into the correct range?

you got it. you should be able to get that size down quite alot before noticing problems.
