FS7: Compressed raw coming to FS series in a paid firmware upgrade?

What do you think about it?
It could be possible if firmware update would mean adding some extra encoding board internally. I would guess it would be limited to certain framerates as well, unless Sony will release new faster xqd cards.

Sony indicated at FS5 launch that there would be a paid raw upgrade. I know nothing more about it. If I did, I would be under NDA so couldn't speak anyway. I find the internal compressed Raw rumors intriguing but again, I have no basis on which to evaluate their accuracy. Sony hasn't told me either on or off the record.
