Component out?

I will be using the HVX for a green screen shoot, but we want to shoot SD.

We do NOT want DV25, so - if we set the camera to DVCPRO50, and then use the component out jacks - will we get DVCPRO50 out?

We are not recording in camera - this is for a live keyed GS shot - so we need a feed and do not want to rely on the firewire output.

DVCPRO50 is a recording format.

You will get a component analog signal out of the component cable.

The firewire output would be DVCPRO50. The analog output will be uncompressed component analog standard-def, which you would need to capture with an analog hardware capture board.
