Component Cable loose on HVX200

I have been using the component cable on my HVX when shooting, hooked to my Marshall monitor. I have trouble with that silly connection Panasonic made where the cable hooks into the camera. Has anyone come up with a way to keep that connection snug? I find that it will jiggle out of position and my monitor goes off. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :(

THANKS

Yes, bag the stock cable and spend the money and buy a new Canon XL-H1 cable from www.markertek.com Same connector (D4), but a better version of it. The stock Panny is not great, I went through three of them in the time I owned my HVX.

Thanks for the advice. I looked on the Markertek web site, however, and don't see the cable you are talking about. Would you happen to have a part number or a more specific name?

I looked on several other sites as well and I think I found what I'm looking for. What I'd like is a D4-component adapter with no cable. I'm using the HVS on a steady cam and need to eliminate as much cable as possible, since it throws off the balance. I'll have to call a couple of places tomorrow, since they do not offer pictures on their sites.

Thanks
